Here is a list of our current pickup and delivery options. Deliveries are firewood and bundle wood only. If you have purchased slabs you will need to pickup at our warehouse

Warehouse Pickup/Wood Slab Pickup

All warehouse and wood slab pickups are by appointment only. Scheduled pickup times allow us to stage material and safely load orders.

Please arrive on time and with appropriate equipment for your order. The customer is responsible for ensuring their vehicle, trailer, and tie-downs are suitable for the material being picked up.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule pickup appointments due to weather, equipment issues, staffing, safety concerns, or inventory availability.

Missed or late appointments may require rescheduling based on availability.

Freight Shipping (LTL)

Orders that fall outside of our standard delivery range may require LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight shipping.

If you are located outside our standard delivery area, please call before placing your order so freight options and pricing can be reviewed in advance.

Freight pricing is based on order size, weight, destination, and delivery access and is quoted per order. Freight charges will be added at checkout or invoiced separately prior to shipment.

The customer is responsible for all freight shipping charges, including any additional carrier fees such as residential delivery, lift-gate service, limited access locations, or re-delivery.

All freight shipping charges are non-refundable once scheduled.

Scheduling and Cancellations

All pickups and deliveries are scheduled by appointment. Appointment times are provided as a delivery or pickup window, not a guaranteed arrival time.

Please be ready and available during your scheduled window. Missed, late, or unavailable appointments may require rescheduling based on availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, staffing, safety concerns, inventory availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Changes or cancellations requested by the customer should be made as early as possible. Fees may apply for last-minute changes, re-delivery, or repeat no-shows.

Once delivery or freight shipping is scheduled or dispatched, related fees are non-refundable.
